Rooted In Reflection, Guided By Mindful Design.

For Moumin Khan’s 30-day coaching program, The Sadhana of the Heart, I applied his existing brand identity to create a cohesive and calming program journey. The project included designing a Squarespace website, course materials with two booklets and a 30-page reflection journal, 90+ social media designs for LinkedIn and Instagram, newsletter and email marketing design, custom iconography, and project management.

Every design element was crafted to feel intentional, warm, and supportive, guiding participants toward reflection, embodied presence, and mindful action. Icons and visual details connect the program across digital and print, while the website and booklets provide structure and inspiration for heartfelt practice and daily engagement.
